Last August, Aspire launched its latest sub-ohm device, the Aspire Deco Kit. The Deco Kit consists of the Deco mod and the Evo tank. The Odan EVO is Aspire’s new addition to the Odan tank collection. This collection consists of three different tanks: the Odan, Odan Mini and now the Odan EVO.

The Odan tanks and coils are designed for DTL vaping and cloud chasing. They are mainly the same kind of tank, but they vary sightly in design and e-liquid capacity. Let’s explain the differences between these three tanks and what you can expect from the new Odan EVO tank.

Odan EVO vs Odan Tank

The Odan EVO tank is a simplified version of the Odan tank. This tank has an e-liquid capacity of 4.5 ml (2 ml for TPD countries). On the other hand, the Odan Tank is available in two versions: Odan and Odan Mini. The Odan tank comes with three different glass tubes: the standard version, Diamond Version and TPD version.

The Standards Odan tank has an impressive 7 ml e-liquid capacity while the Odan Mini Standard version has a tank capacity of 5.5 ml. Both the Odan and Odan Mini standard versions have more e-liquid capacity than the Odan EVO tank.

The Diamond version is a stylish and classy version with an e-liquid capacity of 5 ml, both in the Odan and Odan mini versions. In addition, the Odan tanks are available in a TPD version with an e-liquid capacity of 2 ml.

All these tanks use Aspire Odan coils. These coils are mesh coils. One mesh coil has a resistance of 0.18-ohm (designed to be vaped at a wattage range of 60 to 80 watts) while the other one is a 0.3-ohm mesh coil designed for a wattage range of 35 to 45 watts.

The Odan EVO Tank

The Odan EVO tank is a sub-ohm tank compatible with all the Odan coils. The tank is made of stainless-steel and the 810 drip tips are made of POM (polyoxymethylene). This tank is filled from the top and it has a capacity of 4.5 ml for the standard version and 2 ml for the TPD version.

In addition, the glass tube is made of Pyrex glass and it’s very resistant. Moreover, the Odan tank comes with adjustable airflow located on the bottom of the tank. You can easily adjust the airflow to your vaping needs. It’s is available in two colors: stainless-steel and black with all drip tips in black. In addition to these two colors, the Odan tank is now available in: Matte Black, Gunmetal, Blue, Rainbow and Pink.

The Odan EVO is available with the Deco mod. The Aspire Deco Kit is an affordable, yet effective sub-ohm device designed for DTL vaping. The drip tip is wide for a DTL vaping style.

In addition, its bottom airflow adjustment allows you to customize your vape airflow in two modes: a more refined airflow style and a wide-open airflow for cloud chasing.

The tank is very easy to fill. Just unscrew the top cap and add the e-liquid through the filling holes. Once you have filled the Odan EVO tank, you just need to turn the Deco Kit on. This is done by simply pressing the fire button five times consecutively. As previously mentioned, you can choose from various vape modes: wattage, voltage, bypass, and CPS (C1, C2, C3).

Odan EVO vs Odan Tank: Conclusion

Both tanks are designed for sub-ohming with very similar features. The Odan tank is the predecessor of the Odan EVO. The Odan EVO was designed as a minimalistic and simplified version of the Odan tank. Both tanks are very similar and it depends on personal preferences. For instance, some people like a simpler tank while others prefer a fancier design such as the Odan tank with Diamond glass tube. It is up to you to decide which tank you prefer!
