The Aspire Zelos 3 Kit is Aspire’s new starter kit. This kit is a versatile vape with a powerful built-in battery of 3200 mAh. The Zelos 3 kit comes with the new Nautilus 3 tank that offers a similar performance and flavor production as the Nautilus GT tank. In short, it’s an excellent tank for a premium MTL and restricted DTL vaping style. Aspire has done an excellent job designing an elegant and high-performance starter kit.
The New Zelos 3 Kit is powered by a single 3200 battery mod and it houses the Aspire’s ASP chipset. Moreover, the 80 W Zelos mod has a maximum charging current that can reach up to 2A. Moreover, it’s designed to be extremely efficient and lightweight compared to other mod boxes. In addition, the mod has an 0.96” TFT color screen that makes extremely easy and user-friendly to adjust the vape settings.

Aspire Zelos 3 Kit: Quality and Design
The Aspire Zelos 3 Kit is very solid and nicely built. The part that houses the battery is cylinder-shape whereas the front part is mostly rectangular but with rounded corners that gives the device a unique ergonomic design. The fire button is square with rounded corners. It’s clickable and and located on the top front part of the mod. In addition, it has “+” and “-” buttons just under the OLED screen.
The Zelos 3 Mod
The Zelos 3 mod is made of high-quality zinc and aluminum alloys. The top and bottom parts are made of zinc alloy and the housing is made of aluminum. As all the Aspire mods, the Zelos 3 mod comes with an Aspire chipset with safety features. The ASP chipset has the following safety features:

The Nautilus 3 Tank
The Nautilus 3 tank is equipped with a special airflow system designed to enhance the Nautilus coil performance. The airflow control ring is in the base hardware and it’s easy to adjust. It has seven airflow holes with different diameters, and you just need to rotate the airflow ring to adjust it. The seven airflow holes have the following diameters: 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.8 mm, 2.5 mm, and 3.0 mm.
Available in three colors: stainless steel, gunmetal, and black. The Nautilus 3 tank has an innovative press-fit coil change system which makes coil replacement much easier. It is compatible with Nautilus BVC coil of 1.8 ohm and Nautilus 2S mesh coil of 0.7 ohm. The Nautilus BVC has nickel-chromium coil wire, and the Nautilus 2S mesh coil is made of Kanthal. Moreover, the Nautilus 3 tank is compatible with all Nautilus series coils.
The glass tube is Pyrex for the 4 ml standard version and acrylic for the TPD version (2 ml version) is made of acrylic.
Furthermore, the Nautilus 3 base hardware is quite thick which allows the tank to cool down quickly.
How to Vape the Zelos 3 Kit?
The Nautilus Zelos 3 Kit is designed for a premium MTL and restricted DTL vaping style. The drip tip is narrower than other starter kits which is perfect for a mouth-to-lung vaping style.
The tank is very easy to use. For example, it’s very easy to change the coils thanks to its innovative press-fit coil replacement system.
Furthermore, you can also adjust its temperature from 200 to 600℉/100 to 315℃.
The Zelos 3 is a very versatile starter kit that can easily adapt to different vaping styles with a maximum wattage of 80 W.
